Does a result look wrong?
Version 3.1 is not available yet. This page accompanies a prelaunch preview. Check the App version you actually have for its controls and purchase access.
A username search offers leads. It cannot establish that two accounts belong to one person, and no result alone proves that a handle is free to register.
No result
A website may not have a profile at that address, may have changed its page or may have blocked or timed out the request. Try opening the original public website. A missing result is not a registration-availability check.
A result seems unrelated
Another person may use the same handle. Inspect the public page for independent context. Do not use a matching username as proof of identity, ownership or intent. Read the method and limitations for more detail.
The site is unavailable
Check your connection and whether the original site opens normally. Rate limits, access restrictions and site changes can affect a check. Leave blocked and uncertain responses unresolved instead of treating them as matches or absences.
